Technology Internships at NinjaTrader

We are seeking highly motivated college students with a passion for technology to join NinjaTrader’s summer internship program. This internship offers hands-on experience in software development, working closely with our experienced team on real-world projects that drive the #1 retail futures trading platform forward.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the engineering, product, design, data and QA team to design, develop, and maintain NinjaTrader’s back-office using variety of programming languages and systems such as Python, MySQL, Linux, and Google Cloud Platform
• Assist in building and enhancing systems to support exchange connectivity, integrations with financial institutions, fraud monitoring, and much more
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the applications
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and secure software solutions

What you’ll need:

• Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python or C++
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Motivated and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Bonus points for:

• Previous internship or professional experience supporting a similar function
